Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

What an event! It was a whirlwind night for all as we auctioned off the donated items our gracious community sponsors gave to support Sisters Elementary School and Sisters Schools Foundation. Through their generous donations, those of the lucky auction winners, and all the attendees, we netted almost eight thousand dollars to give our children the special experiences that make learning in Sisters different from most other communities.

Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Party Tonight!!!


The big day is here and we have over $26,000 in donations and Children's art projects to auction tonight while you enjoy your gourmet dinner prepared by Chef David Berger. After that it's party like it's 1999 to the sounds of DJ Cool Dave. And if you appetite is still not whetted, here's what's on the dinner menu:

One Day to Go! Is the Excitement Building Yet?!?


One day 'til our first ever Gala Auction for Sisters Elementary School and Sisters Schools Foundation. Pictured above is one of the reasons we're doing this--a story teller brought in to enrich our children's education at the request of one of our teachers and partially funded by SPTC.

Today's Blog Update also includes the latest of the finished student art projects. Click the class link to the right to see new 2nd and 4th grade completed works in Mrs Hughes, Mr Albertson's (photo still pending) and Mrs H/J's classes.

4 Days to Go

Hey everyone out there. The days are counting down. Let me say, if you don't have your tickets yet, you're gonna miss out. We have over $24,000 in auction items to show you Saturday night with items ranging across all levels. Especially of value is our balloon auction. Twenty-five items ranging in value from $10 to $100 you can buy a chance for $10.

Hope to see you there and thanks again to all for making this possiblity to enhance our children's education possible.

Auction Committee News

Howdy Folks,

We're near the end of our collection stage and boy look at the gorgeous items we have assembled. With today's post we added the Dan Fouts football, the SHS Girl's Volleyball team Championship ball, Mrs. Jensen's (under Third Grade post) Class project the Wax Museum Collage and Mrs. Stengel's Paper Patchwork Quilt (added Mar 7th.).

Tickets

Dear Parents, Teachers, and Grandparents,

Dust off those dancing shoes and come out for an exciting evening of dancing, food and fun. SPTC is proud to announce their 1st Annual Gold and Green Gala School Dinner Auction to be held Saturday, March 15th at beautiful FivePine Resort Conference Center. Come dance to the music of cool DJ Dave, enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by our own SES parent, Chef David Berger and bid on unique items handcrafted by our SES students. Pre-sold ticket prices are $35/person and will only be on sale thru March 8th. So mark your calendars, make your plans to attend and be sure to purchase your tickets early; only 200 tickets will be sold!
